1 battery hook up

Here is a pic of a new battery installed in a 255. Everything works.
I’m shocked at the amount of negative cables vs only the one positive cable going to the battery.
Is there a better set up?

It's a very common "problem". Get it, common? And I know, you were shocked by all of this.

Look up "bus bars" on Amazon. Essentially metal railings that allow you to connect everything to one part. Then a a single cable goes to the battery. Way cleaner to work with and way less likely to forget a wire when you re-connect the battery.

Id get that positive cable off of the pop up breakers.
