I’ve seen all the posts about the nylon scuppers breaking, and @drewkaree offered much encouragement to change out the OEM nylon scuppers. I found stainless steel scuppers on Gem Lux’s website and I just put them in. The Starboard side takes two people for sure, one to hold / back up the fitting while the other tightens the nut. The Starboard one is ……. Difficult to install, best bet is to remove the starboard side exhaust hose and push it up out of the way.

This is the starboard side scupper for the live well drain and overflow. It’s proximity to the exhaust fitting increases the difficulty factor, and there is a very short distance from this scupper, and the OEM scupper to the T fitting where the live drain and over flow tie together. Do this one first as it is way harder to do than the other one.

This is the view of the T that connects the live well drain white tube on the left and the live well over flow rear white tube. The black looking tube connects the T fitting to the Scupper.

This is the one for the OEM main deck drain, it was wayyyyyy easier to install as you can back up the fitting while tightening the nut.

I thought this would be a relatively simple project but that starboard side was pretty frustrating as there is very limited room to work with. But again, I think the juice will be worth the squeeze as I will not have to worry about those fittings breaking and swamping the boat.
 
What is the black valve/handle with the yellow circular paper around it, at the bottom of the photo? I saw this when poking around in mine, trying to learn what's what, and was curious.
That is the sea cock / valve for the oem raw water washdown that is fed from the starboard jet pump. If you look outside on the starboard jet pump you will see a small heater hose that goes from the top of the jet pump to a plastic fitting on the hull, that is that valve.

I added an electric pump because the oem wash down is anemic at idle, but left the the stock feed from the jet pump and tied in the electric pump to the oem system, I just turned that valve off to keep water from going out that way. Where the oem feed works decently is when underway, I will wash the deck down with my electric system and brush it on the water, then I’ll open that valve and put the boat on the hump and rinse the deck down, the water flows quickly to the deck drains that way. The check valve in the electric pump keeps water from going backwards and into the lake.
