I would start with the custom bag for the back deck and see what you need from there. If anything additional is needed I would add a bag in the ski locker.

Never tried a 19 bag on the swim deck of a 24 footer but I can try tonight with air.

I am unaware of the trick to move the bag. I just use 2 pumps and it fills the bag in 5 minutes.

Pumps are sold separately. Bags come with the fittings you need and a quick fill port for the tsunami pump we sell. The pump comes with the fittings to use with the bag.
