255 FSH Cover (With Additions)

I just added the Yamaha Leaning Post Bag to my 255 Sport H. Really love the bag as it gives a good bit of helpful storage. Unfortunately, the Yamaha Center Console Cover will no longer fit. I was about the pull the trigger on the Yamaha Mooring Cover but I'm planning to add a trolling motor in the next year or so. Will the Mooring Cover work with a trolling motor? If not, is there a cover y'all suggest?

The mooring cover will fit over the oem trolling motor mount but not the trolling motor that would have to be laid on the deck, unless you have a canvas place make a pouch for it.

I have the oem mooring cover for my boat but rarely use it. I purchased a cover from empire that goes over the T top and covers the entire upper part of the boat.
