A good chunk of dough off of the new MinnKota Quest brushless trolling motors.

A quick review of the manual in the battery selection section states that these motors are optimized for LiFePO4 batteries, meaning there is no limitation on prop speed when using LiFePO4 batteries like the older units that have brush type motors. Also looks like there is a better battery monitor that takes into account battery chemistry that is available if one is using a connected Humminbird mfd.
