I made the transition this year to store my boat in a high and dry Marina. I did the tower extension to my cables so the tower is line with my windshield. Looking for recommendations on a boat cover that would go over the tower? 2018 AR190. Anyone store their boat tower down and cover on? Pictures appreciated.

When they move your boat around in storage with the tower down, do you feel that the tower will be stable enough not to wreck your gel coat or screw anything up? That would make me nervous.

To your question, i'm not aware of any tower-down cover.

I was mainly worried about a bump or something causing the tower to partially lift and then slam resulting in cables snapping. I thought about putting the shipping pins in. But I have seen multiple boats stored with the tower down. The path is paved and no speed bumps or anything. I am still new there and I have only been out 3 times so far, but I watched them move it twice now and it wasn't bouncing or anything. The towers are pretty heavy so it would take like a speed bump or something to partially lift it...

Check empire covers website. If you do not see what you want, you might try contacting them. I’ve used their covers for years on my truck and now my boat.

I built a support to do long term storage with the tower down or when I travel longer distance. Keeps the weight off the cables
