Morning all,

I have a 2022 AR 210 and it seams I have no power to my kilometers and control board on the dash, my radio and all switches are working and the boat runs fine. I have checked all fuses at the front of the motor and the three by the battery and they are fine. I did just have a battery switch installed with an amp which all works fine. Any thoughts on an another location to check?

I assume you’re talking about your connext display screen?
Was it working before you had the battery switch and amp installed?
What was the purpose of the battery switch? I’d assume your boat came with the two battery BEP marine switch with DVSR ?

The dash / connext display was working before I went out, my boat only came with one battery so I had a small time mechanic add the battery and a new switch, the boat ran fine but yesterday but no kilometers and the connext system would not turn on.

Tachometer not kilometers

Sorry to tell you this, in my experience of reading about connext screen failures most are associated with people hooking up the batteries reverse polarity which destroys the screens, there has been a few exceptions where screens failed without the batteries being messed with. That may not be the fact with yours but the fact that the battery was worked on and now the screen doesn’t work doesn’t bode well since you verified the fuses were good. Speaking of which, how did you verify the fuses were good?

I tested each one with a tester for continuity, do you know if the display is the connext system or is there more compute components in the engine compartment

Pretty sure it’s a stand alone processor and or switching device that takes inputs from the engine and displays them. Some of the screens can switch lights and such.

If the connext screen and tach’s are both down, pretty good chance the screen needs replacement. Voltage spike during the switch install is the likely culprit.
