My Boats VSR module has developed a crack and was leaking a milk chocolate brown fluid. I attached the black lead to the positive lead for an extended period of time a while back. The red light still comes on but I will order a new one anyway. Just thought some of you guys would find this interesting.

I would definitely replace it.
