Engine not revving above 4K RPM

Engine is not able to go over 4 thousand RPM, it makes a sound like it’s short on fuel.
I changed the spark plugs, the super charger clutch I and cleaned the fuel pump.
I suspect is the fuel pump or the injectors.
I’m trying to avoid getting a new part that will not address the issue.
Fuel pump electric connector had signs of bad contact (electric burn)

Anyone had a similar issue ?

Did the N2k Comm Error coincide with this issue?

No, the N2k error was there before this issue started

Did you do a compression test? Should be around 125psi

You can do a fuel pressure test if you can borrow a tester

When was the last time it ran correctly?

If there was a bad connection at the fuel pump power connector and the connection was burnt, there could be more damage to the connection where you cannot see it on the fuel pump…

Pull the injectors off and examine their little filter screens on the inlets.. sounds like a fuel starvation issue to me.
