The Dealer supposedly did a Wash/Wax and Vinyl Protectant as part of the Rigging/Setup prior to delivery. That said, I have purchased some 303 Marine (I assume this can be used on pretty much everything, or should I get the Vinyl specific 303?) and plan to spend some time on the boat after taking her out tomorrow.Yep, same mixing canister. I also keep the engine flushing attachment on, as it produces a rather powerful pressurized stream of water. If you feel you’re using more salt-away then you care to on the boat, using a quality boat wash/shampoo will work as well. Everyone has a different approach to cleaning their boat - some scrub the entire interior/exterior after each outing, some do a quick rinse, and a “major cleaning” a few times a season. Just have to see what works for you.
Don’t know if you treated your vinyl. 303 makes a great product for UV protection, there are others as well.
Enjoy your new toy!
For the Salt Terminator, seems safe to use on everything - any issues spraying the Bimini, electronics, etc.?
The boat is stored in a Boatel (actually indoors now.... ), so do you all typically recommend leaving the storage compartments open to dry out? Still waiting on a cover, but want to make sure everything has the ability to thoroughly dry out.
