I just received a phone call from them to let me know that the part I ordered yesterday won't be shipped for a couple or more days. I have NEVER been called by a human and pre-emptively warned that my package was behind schedule (in my mind it wasn't anyway). Amazing customer service...

Same here as well, a nice lady always calls to let me know when my stuff is shipping out. Sometimes it’s the little things that make you want buy things from the same company over and over again!

I 100% agree. Every order I have placed with them has been returned with a phone call with an update to the shipping. Love the products. Especiallly the floating keychain that is a cutout of my boat. Its the little things in life..........
