Boat ramp was blocked  Not my 2017 red jeep

Jet ski debacle....

The weekend before I did have an issue I set my parking break on a low tide slippery ramp as I shifted my dodge Durngo rotary knob, that I hate the truck started slipping deeper into the water . I think this guy was in reverse when he jumped out

2nd time out this season with my new Yamaha. I really enjoy using this boat to creep along in the rivers, creeks and coves off the Chesapeake Bay. The perspective from my Yamaha is much different than from my much larger Formula. Today, the Admiral and I discovered a ghost marina complete with several partially sunken, sunken and derelict boats. There are a few “residents” still in the marina as evidenced by some new looking blue and silver tarps, potted plants and some lawn furniture. The marina was known as Hand Brothers Marina in Glen Burnie, MD on Nabbs Creek.

As much as it is a pain in my ass to trailer both the boat and the waverunner to the public ramp, man what a blast to ride them both. Two very different purposes, but both very fun. I missed the hell out of my PWC not having one for a few years. These are a couple of stills I grabbed from a video my wife took of me seeing what it could do.

That sucks...I always have my windows down and nobody in the truck when I back down, just in case I need to get out..

That looks like an investment opportunity!

Tied up at Fox River Brewing Company yesterday. It was nice on Lake Winnebago for a few hours once the wind died down.

So I posted a Jeep under water at the boat ramp from Sunday before I was getting ready to launch . I went out Monday to a different boat ramp in the same town East Moriches NY ,when I was heading in to pull the boat out could not believe another one  . Some people posted they feel awful, no need both submersion's had full coverage insurance. I'm posting both of these so members are aware to be careful if you set the parking break the rear wheels can slip on the slippery surface . I think both of these trucks were left in reverse as the drivers rushed to launch or retrieve the watercraft

This one was real strange as I pulled up no one was around then they showed up later my thought was drinking or drugs were involved and they left the scene and returned with straight people . The way the boat and trailer ended up almost perfectly parallel to the dock was amazing the ramp is perpendicular to the bulk head the red box is how the GMC and trailer for a 24' boat ended up along side the bulk head. These guys came back with a jet ski disconnected the trailer and pulled it over to the ramp so they could retrieve the boat. I didn't see that part but it was a great idea

Went back at night thinking the crane would be pulling it out still there

made the mistake of going to the rainbow river in Dunnellon FL. idle speed only and 100s of tubers. getting yelled at... never again. they shouldn't even allow motors on this river. got half way and turned back. it was only 5 miles up to the main spring. crystal clear but what a pain. Only highlight was a sweet AR240 with window tint that was parked. now i want tint. lol

@ChrisM Man I am already running low on boat funds, now I need this trailer.

There are actually many trailer options out there.

I predict you'll sell your current boat, fast-track the kitchen remodel, focus on onsite storage, then buy a longer model based on your dialect.
I could be wrong.
