One picture of your last outing.

All you need is to fill up the transom ballast bag, a few people in the boat with the Yamaha booster and my whole family can wake surf ropeless almost endlessly - i'm sure a dedicated wakeboat is better, but no one is complaing on our boat.
On that pic - my son gets on the non-wake side just to hang out while his sisters wake surf, and he can get on and off the platform while the boat is moving. Good times.

Was a good day today. Picked up this little blower from Lowes this morning. Blows up the tube nice and firm in less than 30 seconds. I was impressed. Made it on the water by 9am to catch some glass before it got crazy. It got packed so we floated and ate lunch. Then did some surfing while the cove cleared out some. After that spent a few hours on the beach before calling it a day. My back is fried even though I put sunscreen on several times today.

Found a house on the lower river by port barrington playing with a flame thrower. Then they lit off a barge of fireworks for 30 minutes. Was insane

Ronnie - Looks awesome. You did that trip only with your wave runners - about 3 hour trip? I assume about the same if we did with the boat?
Is that the best route? (reading your post from 2019) - maybe I can do a shorter version and launch closing to Sacramento to make it an 1 1/2 hour trip instead.

@mkbcaptain Bote should start paying you commission. I bought one after seeing your previous post (well hell, bought the shibumi shade as well)
Haha.
we have boated the past three days. And every day a minimum of 10 people stop by to ask about the chairs. I always let them sit in them and tell them how much they cost and the pros and cons. Someone in my party yesterday said I should just start selling them!!
I’m glad you like them.

The Trent River is getting a little warm, had to come home and jump in the pool to cool off after a day on the boat. Pool is 84

@buckbuck , I towed the Waverunners to the water with a borrowed suv, not what I’m used to but glad it was available.

@dzeppos , I had the option to launch 9 to 14 miles closer further north by using the boat house marina at Locke (where the boat elevator in the pic and last gas is) but I didn’t know it was open/how the launch works until yesterday. Basically for $30 they launch and recover your boat. You detach the trailer when you get there, they load it into the elevator and drop it for you.

how quick the trip is really depends on the pilot, if you keep a constant high speed it can be done in less than 90 minutes. I did the longer 45 mile route from Brannan island in 90 minutes once but the weather in the main channel was calm/no wind or waves.
