1200 hp fishing boat?

@Scuba_ref @buckbuck
No wedge yet,
That was with 750 on rear/port cockpit floor
400 under the rear port sea by battery and 400 on upper port swim deck
Two people in boat, one surfer/ full fuel
5'6" LF fish

It didn't even seem like the back rub rail was in the water as I remember because it surprised me,

She's 120 lbs and a good surfer though, I have to be within feet of the boat to keep going

My girls have discovered the tube. I used to only have to fuel up every few trips. Guess that's gonna change. Less than 10mph isn't easy to maintain on these boats on plane. Maybe I need Perfect Pass. :D

Also saw a brand new 242 Limited at the launch. My wife said, "Wow, that's really nice!!!" more than once. I hope that guy knows that painted trailer with paper tags probably won't last until the plate comes in this salty water!

@Joe Hellaby You are just a "stones throw" away from Lake Champlain where I frequent.

This season has been crazy with all the rain (I'm assuming you've been having a rainy summer as well). Especially when considering how much of a drought we were in last summer

Ya, it has been terrible compared to last year. I am on a wetter soil anyway, so the drought last year, as long as it lasted was ok here. This year I and many other farmers have not been able to take a cutting of dry hay, hope it dries out soon. Saranac Lake is often the cold spot in the area and US. I look at Whiteface my from my house, you must have been on the other side of it. Love that glassy water.
