Does anyone have experience towing from one of the rod holders on the T-Top for wake or skiing on the FSH 252 or 255?

The forces put on any tow point can temporarily be many times greater than the object being towed. So, unless your rod holder can hold 300 lbs of instant force, I wouldn’t try it. Fishing rods absorb a lot of the torque placed on a rod holder. Tying a rope directly to the rod holder with a person on the other end exerts forces far greater than a fish of the same weight on a rod. If I were tied to the end of a fishing rod while you were holding the other end, and then jumped off about a 5 foot ledge, you would be able to hold the rod without a problem. If I tied a rope around your head and then jumped off the same ledge, you’d unwillingly be going with me.
