Holy smokes! That'll be quite the upgrade, but also like double + what your Max cost. I imagine there will be plenty of discount to be had there now a days.I’ve had my Max for 5 years and have learned a lot from it. She’s been a great boat but I feel it’s time for an upgrade. I recently put her in FB marketplace and working with my dealer to possibly purchase this 2024 Supra SV 400. It’s the same color blue as my Max but of course much different vibe. It has the new automated step down platform and a ton of nice updates for the 2024 Supras. We go for a demo on it next Saturday. I’ve already demoed the SV last year but on a different lake so putting her in much larger and rougher Lake Martin will be a good test!
I like the color way they chose on this one. Only option I wished it had was the flip up backrest seats for the sun pad. Those can be boat through Skiers Choice but it ain’t cheap lol. Might see if I can get them to roll the swap in with the deal. It a deal breaker option but they would be nice to have! Anyways here’s the boat I’m looking at…

Nice boat! For that price - consider a demo of the centurion RI as well.I’ve had my Max for 5 years and have learned a lot from it. She’s been a great boat but I feel it’s time for an upgrade. The Fe22 is an amazing choice in the Centurion line up.Nice boat! For that price - consider a demo of the centurion RI as well.
If I could swing it I'd be in an Fe22 or a Supreme right now myself. However, it definitely comes down to the dealer. He may not have a good Centurion dealer nearby. We have a really good Axis/Malibu dealer and a really good Centurion/Supreme/Heyday dealer. Not sure I'd go with any other brands due to the dealer options near me. Assuming I tripped into a large pile of money first. LOL!Yup and only $140k !
May be worth a look at KYMA boats out of Tennessee. They are new and doing some cool things with how they test drive, service boats and you get the jet drive propulsion with dedicated wake surf features+sea keeper ride built in.No good or I should say established Centurion dealers near me. There is one at my lake but not holding my breath they would last for years and years since Centurion isn’t well known or well supported here. I like Centurion but I wouldn’t say their tech and interior quality is quite on par with Supra. Their wave of course is real nice but there is not any storage in any of the Centurions once you option them for all the plug and play ballast since those bags are not subfloor they would effectively mean no storage or at the least remove whatever is in storage lockers once you want to fill the bags. I don’t care to do that since I like having storage.
While the kyma was very intriguing to me I think the price point is wrong. You have dedicated surf boats with alot more surfing features, interior a bit more modern, same power plant in some in the 140-175 range. They also are only showcasing the supercharged version, and it makes you question how the boat would be with just the raptor 440. Underpowered? Etc.....May be worth a look at KYMA boats out of Tennessee. Got to admit I am biased cause we love ours, Supreme, and to your point Dealer is definitely key, we have an awesome dealer about 45 minutes from me and centurion / supreme have been amazing on the support side. We demoed at moomba and Supra one of the reasons we went supreme is because on top of the wave performance- the interior and vinyl was amazing. ( don’t have many interior dedicated pics but this is what I’ve got) Depending on the boat storage is a lot or a ton. Although this isn’t a Supra comparison may give an idea.No good or I should say established Centurion dealers near me. Market is soft and good time to take advantage- you could pick up lightly used newer, bad ass boat for 95ish. ??️If I could swing it I'd be in an Fe22 or a Supreme right now myself. Nice ! Trash can is often a necessity overlooked by manufacturers. Hope you are able to make the deals soon and enjoy a new toy.An update on my Max. I have a few buyers lined up and it’s looking like the SV is quickly becoming a likely purchase soon. Wife is onboard and I can’t wait for the demo Saturday!
I like the subtle RGB on the new towers and speaker enclosure. Didn’t even realize this was a thing until scouring images tonight. Check it out!

I also didn’t realize there is a trash can onboard with a side door. On my Max I have a similar side door but it is access to the massive glove box. Having a trash can out of sight is a small thing but I love it versus our normal routine of move the trash bag around and hope it doesn’t break lol.

DAMN! I've seen some late model Nautiques for sale for less than that, G23's even.I’ve had my Max for 5 years and have learned a lot from it. Yeah but with lending rates what they are that would be a crazy high payment. I'd need to pay all cash. Which if I had $95k to light on fire it likely wouldn't be on a boat. Also we still like to take our boat to the beach once or twice a year. Until my wife is over that I don't see a v-drive being an option. Kyma would be my best bet. I'd need to double my income for one of those things to happen, or my wife go back to work and quit with the crazy expensive vacations. LOL! I can't afford all of her vacations AND a 6 figure boat. I don't see those stopping any time soon. If the boat was all we did, then we could totally swing it.Market is soft and good time to take advantage- you could pick up lightly used newer, bad ass boat for 95ish. ??
That’s not the price I’m paying obviously lol. Buyers market right now in terms of mfg discounts. Rates are still 2-3% higher than 3 years ago but slowly coming down. Still a high payment but there are steep discounts right now with likely all recreational / non-essential “toys”.DAMN! I've seen some late model Nautiques for sale for less than that, G23's even.
What's your new boat gonna come in at $$$ wise. Reason I'm asking is I'm trying to gauge if I even consider the kyma at 140k with the non sc motor, or do they really need to think about their price point before going into full production. One thing I missed from my Yamaha was the swindeck ladder. so I bought one for my Max 2 years ago buy never got around to installing it. One of the options I for sure wanted on my next boat was a ladder or drop step and thankfully the SV I’m looking at has it optioned! I‘m a big guy and it’s laughable how I have to lung myself onto my Max’s swim platform that doesn’t have a ladder lol. Sometimes I’d fill some rear ballast to sink the ass end to help lower the swim platform. I wanted to do a proper ladder install which would mean through-bolting it which would also mean a new gatorstep for the swim platfom. Some guys just use 5200 and a lag bolt but I didn’t want to risk it even though nobody has issues doing it that way. Either way, the new powered drop step is a nice touch and one we will use every single time out! Goodbye bruised knees from climbing in lol.
