Tower speaker loose - hardware type

Hello forum, new member with a small adjustment to make on a newly acquired VRX245.

One tower speaker is very loose. After reviewing the rubber grommet I see the bolt that needs to be tightened but not sure what type it is (as it's hard to see directly and none of my Allen wrenches seem to fit).

Is it a type of security bolt to prevent someone stealing the speakers perhaps?

Certainly looks like an allen head or what used to be. Impact drill and a heavy finger was most likely the cause of stripping out the head. The wear around the hole also leads me to believe someone used a short but and the power impact head was touching the tower. Suggest easy-outs and replace the bolt. Good luck.
