@Ronnie I would love to see a hidden camera of porch pirates opening your box of seadek and trying to figure out what it is. I have a feeling there would be a lot of "WTFs" and "What do you do with these big foam stickers?"
You will enjoy the seadek, just take the time to prep it correctly to ensure the adhesive last for years to come. Don't rush it.
I know what you mean. A few months ago someone stole a waverunner seat cover off my porch. I got video of him doing it but nothing that could be used to identify the low life. I checked craigslist to see if he tried to sell but realized that he wouldn’t even know what it was since neither the cover nor the packaging it came in is labeled. Most likely he got the package home, didn’t know what it contained and threw it out. Not many people are going to need a new custom seat cover for Yamaha FX Cruiser waverunner. I’m tempted to put up an additional camera to catch a license plate but am afraid the additional camera would get stolen.
I thought the same thing but given it’s relative value to me $700 and the fact that ups drivers are being targeted and one recently killed, I’m ok with the $3 charge. It takes weeks to get though the claims process if a package is stolen off your porch, unfortunately I know this from recent experience.
Cheap is a relative term at $20 per foot but for comparison I put a quarter sized chip on the starboard / right rear deck of my boat, it was through the gel coat. Took it to a pro for repair, he made it look brand new like it was never damaged for about $1,500.

Oh Yeah!!!!! Technically these are a Christmas present, but I wanted to check and make sure there were no issues, before I rolled them back up and put them in the box. Quite a few mats I have no idea where they go, yet. LOL! So need to grab my boat out of storage to get a game plan. I'm likely going to tear the old ones off when it's cold and then put the new ones on once it gets warm. These are the blacktip elite mats for those interested. They were $500 shipped for interior and exterior.

The black tip mats look great, a lot like seadek not hydro turf like they did initially. Do you know if they feel the same, are thicker or thinner, etc.

From all my research they're fairly comparable to Seadek. Seadek does offer a thicker version, but the normal version I think most people go with is comparable to these. They feel great, and look amazing especially for the cost. They don't have the "brushed" look like the faux teak does for seadek.

Nice love the price for the interior and exterior. Seadek is awesome and so is JetBoatPilot but my total spend is around $1,500 after discounts are applied. I broke it up into 2 or 3 purchases to reduce the financial pain. The thick anti fatigue stuff is expensive and limited to the swim deck and drivers area (e.g. $200 for the thick pad under the driver).

Yeah I just couldn't stomach the cost for seadek. I'll likely only have my boat for another couple of years before it's time to upgrade. At which time I'll have to make the decision to go full tow boat for wake sports, or another new(er) 212x.
Just keep in mind these lights are not meant to be used on plane (they must be kept cooled). I had one go bad, which they replaced but...be careful when using.
