Thanks for the post! Anyone knows a lock for trailer while hooked up to the truck? Similar to this but i dont like the design of this. I want to go camping in south florida and I want my trailer secured to the truck when i leave it for a day or two.

works until someone just unscrews the bolt that is holding it in the receiver.

I don't lock my trailer at the ball. I lock the receiver and then put a couple of these on the wheels. Good luck getting them off. Also when I don't have it on the hitch I fold the tongue, wrap in this chain and put two of these through each hole where the tongue hitch pin was. If they are going to steal it they will have to break out the torch and then some. Take wheels off and put a lot of effort in. If they do all that they can have it and I will get a shiny new aluminum one with the insurance money.
