The snap in/removable seadek looks nice.

Sounds like it may be time to change the spark plugs.

My thoughts exactly, ran great for next hour and a half so as long as it does not come back spark plugs will be on my off season to do list.

Started and completed an upgrade/update today.
Added 3” sound absorbing foam to the rear and side walls of the engine compartment.
Simple in theory, just measurecut and glue.
In my case I relied on measurements for the rear wall foam and made paper templates for the side wall foam.
I will put the finishing touches on it tomorrow.

Your engines are different than mine. I use to change mine every season (50 hours) but have now come to a place where it is every 2 or 3 seasons (approximately 100-150 hours).
Or if I have any performance issues I just go ahead and change them. Your 1.8 motors have a reputation of being not as needy for spark plug changes. Perhaps those with 1.8 boats will chime in their experience.

Those red engine covers look even better on the engines. Great idea.

@Ronnie, @F.M. - I forgot to include a picture of the package. Beckson Clipper Clips. I got the 2" size because that was the largest I could find. I wish they were a bit bigger, but they work. Today will be my first time on the water with them. Seem pretty secure to me
