• Bahamas Customs Forms filled out
  • Bahamas Immigration Form (long narrow 3 page carbonless) will be handed out at Captains Meeting
• Cash for Bahamas Customs
  • $150 for first 3 people on board + $25 for each additional person
• Condo/Hotel Reservation in Bimini
• Marina Slip Reservation in Bimini
• SVRS participants
  • Float plan prepared on CBP website
    • Will need to be submitted within 24 hours of float plan start time
• Bahia Mar Hotel Reservation
• Bahia Mar Marina Reservation
• Vehicle & Trailer parking arrangements

A few other things to add to @Julian list

• Yellow quarantine flag - A MUST
• Bahamas courtesy flag
• snorkel equipment
• fishing poles and tackle
• grill and propane
• GPS coordinates loaded

I'm going to call Bimini sands Friday to settle out the balance. I'll ask again about the slip .....but.....in the initial call they said you get that assigned upon arrival.

also to note: Unless its changed...the Bahia mar marina closes at 5..If you want your slip number/ fuel.....arrive before 5. They will let you get/pay for each other if we know phone numbers and schedules.

ice cube trays: freeze your water, or use simple tupperware for blocks...more gooder easier

Well now that its officially Thursday I'm officially 3 weeks from my departure!!! Ready to roll the first week will feel like it takes for ever the second two will clear in a blink of an eye and I will be scrambling the day before departure finishing things up lol. I guess I should probably order my new Bahamas charts for my gps while I'm thinking about it.

I had originally planned to mount side opposite the door, but did not plan for angles of the forward wall. It fit perfectly in this location instead.

I also found these SS hangers which allow for multiple vests each.

I think @Valerie is right though. If you take the ratio of say wave height vs displacement or even length, we definitely had it worse 2017.
I am praying that in 4 weeks the crossing will be so smooth that yall will think that we were a bunch of .......

who else has played around with the CBP ROAM app? My first assumption was that this app was complimenting the paperwork for visiting customs. After I looked closer it appears it can replace SVRS and the need to visit customs when returning.

Slip rental is handled by the dock master in Bimini. Condo reservations are handled by the POA’s representatives in the US.

The POA would like to be able to handle the slip reservations but the owner of Bimini Sands is not cooperative.

Bahia Mar has extended their office hours to 6 PM the fuel dock closes at 5:30 but they want you to be fueling by 5. However, their fuel dock is being repaired and is scheduled to be reopened before the June Fling but someone needs to call and verify closer to the time. I volunteer you @justason. If the fuel dock is not reopened in time, or you need bait, or it is outside of Bahia Mar’s hours fuel is available at Lauderdale Marine which will be on your left (West) after you pass under the bridge.
