Was on the Mississippi pool 13 yesterday.Windy, maybe 30 mph blowing against current waves maybe 3ft. rough but seen it worse. Mid day the barge traffic suddenly stopped in place and Fire/ Rescue boats go by. A boat a couple miles down capsized with 5 aboard, 3 adults 2 kids, 1 adult drowned and the driver is missing. Saw a lot of questionable behavior all day .Got to be careful out there
