Constant power under helm on 2020 242SE?

My new Icom handheld UHF radio has a cradle and is rechargeable. I’d like to install the cradle in the under helm compartment and leave it wired to constant power so that it is always charging (I use chargers when on my hoist). Is there any constant power leads I can tap? Also, does anyone know what Deutsch connector is needed for the Aux Switch wiring under the helm? And what draw that switch can handle? Thanks.
