Been searching for a couple hours. There a lot of info on models 2017 and older the ribbon was right on the throttle. Looks like newer models have in on the manifolds

That is correct.. RIVA makes a ribbon delete kit for both the TR-1 and the 1.8L engines..

You’re going to have to pull the intake manifold off to remove the ribbon ….
I’d guess a full day on a Saturday will get it done.
