What do you think about a candela wrapper for this mint julep experiment?
 
What do you think about a candela wrapper for this mint julep experiment?

I haven't had many, but all have seemed to have a "grassy" flavor, and very "bright", if that makes any sense, kinda hard to describe.

I'm trying to see if my wife can check with friends for some cacao nibs to throw in with the mint and coffee

I have no doubt at this point that the mint will work, now I'm trying to figure out how to temper it so it's not a York peppermint patty 😄
