First let me start with a HUGE THANK YOU TO @hobineros!!!!!

For the first time we have a meaningful map of Bimini. Chris is a professional cartographer who was able to take my coordinates and rambling suggestions to create what I believe will be a very useful map for all of us. Each time I have visited Bimini I have looked for but failed to find a street map of the islands.

I would suggest downloading the files to your phone and other mobile devices so that you will be able to view the maps. I will print on "water proof" paper and distribute a two sided legal paper sized map with coordinates to each boat at the Captains Meeting at Bahia Mar. I am not publishing the coordinates online out of respect for the dive and tour operators who make a living from taking customers to these sites.

The restaurants listed on the map are described at Food and Drink in the Preparing for Bimini thread.

I'm leaving Saturday morning to West End for an overnight trip and coming home late Sunday. Feel free to track if y'all want. Hoping to be out the inlet no later than sunrise. https://share.garmin.com/AndrewBurch
Looking good!!! Have a safe crossing and a beautiful time there!
Please post pictures if you can:)

That one is Windfinder. Sailflow is also an excellent app.

No fair . Still waiting on my shirts too so jealous everyone has theirs! Lol

Looking for adventure ideas for Sat afternoon and Sun until 3ish, around Ft Lauderdale. Can some locals contribute ideas of where to go exploring, by boat?

Loose plan is Fri midday depart from VA and overnight in Savannah, GA, about the mid-point. Leave early Sat for early afternoon splash in Ft Lauderdale (or elsewhere). Then what???

Best I can eye at this point is heading South on the ICW (vice North from launch spot) and there are beach or 2, in a park.

Ideas/Thoughts-

Of course if we need to depart early due to weather, this solves itself, but otherwise, where to play Sat PM and Sun AM?

We are on our way. Left Calgary this morning. Hopefully they let us back into the US
