Live well timer pod kit

The newer FSH series only have a live well pump to fill and maintain water freshness in the live well for bait or to keep game fish alive. Leaving this pump on all day can use a fair amount of house battery capacity. I got an email from New Wire Marine this morning talking about their timer pod for the live well pump which will run the live well pump for 1 minute and leave it off for 3 minutes, if I did the math correctly that means the live well pump would use 1 / 20th the amount of power. This set up also has a MAN setting to run the pump continuously.

My 210 FSH came with an aerator for the live well, it can be used in MAN or Auto, the auto has a user selectable aeration schedule of X number of mins on and X number of mins off that is adjusted via the connext screen. If that functionality is lost this unit seems like an inexpensive way to restore the auto function.

Thank you. Would you know why the aerator timer functionality is not working through my Connext screen? Did I possibly use a replacement aerator that does not have the auto feature?

I can’t answer that question …… I made those comments knowing that at least one person had that issue. Does your aerator work in manual?

The aerator pump is just a pump, it is controlled by either the manual switch or through the connext timer

Yes, it works when I turn it on/off through rocker switch.

Okayyyy… what happens when you switch it to auto? Nothing ?

Does the rocker switch light up when placed in auto or have you checked the the output voltage at the switch when it’s in auto?
What are the settings in the connext screen?
