Hi everyone just wanted to introduce myself to this forum. I have a 07' AR230 HO (PAYBACK ?) since new and never looked back. I'm from S. Fla. and my boat has always been salty, but trailered.
Glad to have you on board ! hopefully it's an orange one !!
I hope you flush it regularly, do you have valves installed to direct all flush water to the engine instead of loosing it out the nozzle inlet ?
Have you ever looked at your scupper valve ?
there's a link in my signature below for known issues and fixes with your boat that we've accumulated over the years,

Thank you all for the warm welcome!
It's actually a black one with wake tower!
I replaced my scupper with a SS unit back in 2009.. I actually documented my case & fix on another forum and I believe I may have been one of the first documented cases.
As far as flushing, I do it religiously after every outing and using Salt Away. I will look into the direct engine flush for sure.
I've done some upgrades like "Ultimate Bunk Boards" on the trailer, replaced both impeller housings with Riva's SS units and Original Cobra Jet steering fins from Jeff.
