One picture of your last outing.

How do you guys like Blue Marsh? I've never boated in any of the lakes around here other than Wallenpaupack. We did our break in period up at Beltzville over the weekend.
I agree with 4x15, lots of no wake zones and not really very big but it's only an hour away. My biggest complaint is they only allow one person towing no matter what your using and my kids want to use the 3 and 4 person towables. The impromptu jet ski racing can get frustrating from time to time as well. Raystown is a lot better but a much longer haul, especially for you guys. Its It's been a long time since I've been to Wallenpaupack but I remember the fishing being excellent.

Was a good day on the lake. 20200523_144427.jpg20200523_142948.jpg20200523_125709.jpg20200523_114658.jpg

Kids first real tubing experience. I think they liked it considering we've now gone 5 times this weekend!

@JDFester where did you get your flag mounts for the tower? They look great!

I 3D printed them; haven't been able to find a mount I liked, so played around with the design until I settled on this one.

We did, literally the next day. Water was perfect and calm. Had dolphins and a manta ray hang out for a little while. Went to crab island after a while as the family likes the more shallow water though..

Awesome! ?

First time at Pickwick, my son had a blast! About an hour and forty-five minute drive for us. Was worth every second! I found some non-ethanol gas at a local station. It was $3.99 a gallon. Is that par for the course?

You do realize that you don't need to use non ethanol gas in these boats

Yeah, just thought it was preferred? I know everyone has their own opinions, I just read a bunch saying that it would be preferred.

From Mothers Day
The lighting in the evening as some clouds were rolling in was gorgeous and so was the water. I sold the Slingshot Board I had Demoed last season to a local so I broke out the Slingshot Pill and installed the KTV boots in it. All I can say is, I LOVE this board.

It's sad that I enjoy wakeboarding now more at 37 than I did in my teens. Honestly I will tell you, it is because having better equipment changed my riding. (Not a sales pitch)

The downside is, I hurt more afterwards...
My wife sandbagged me by lengthening the rope when I asked her to shorten it... ?
Wife came home Thursday at 5:30PM and told me it was beautiful out and we should run to the lake... She didn't have to tell me twice. Although we're didn't actually hit the water until 7PM. I gave the fam first dibs at boarding and they all declined, so that means it's dad's turn. I had some unfinished business on the wakeboard.

Made it!

The rope was mine until the sun started setting and we had to go... next time they'll think twice before giving me the rope... lol!
