One picture of your last outing.

July 3rd, 2021. We stayed out until about 8:30. This was taken at around 8pm near Stones Bay in the New River. Not another boat in sight.PXL_20210704_001802464.jpg

Filmed at a secret location in the Utah Mountains.

Look at it this way, either you bribe your kid $20 to introduce them to something fun they'll enjoy the rest of their lives ...or dad pays $20 for the experience of riding behind the boat with his kid. Hopefully both are true and it's a valuable experience! Kade needed the bribe to get him out there, but he's been on a high over the experience ever since.

Let me know when you have some Boss Hoss in stock..I'm a fan of the long boards.

Teaching my 13yo how to drive forward and reverse just barely in “gear” (first detention out of idle)

Don’t judge- ha ha. Here a 12 yo can operate a boat without an adult LOL. I am starting to teach him the right way to drive and only in slow speed, in a cove, away from dock and traffic. Oh and it was empty on the lake today ;-) no traffic.

He will take a boating safety course here shortly and waaaay before I let him drive with anyone other than just me, and always with an adult.

We took a much needed 3 day vacation we didn't have time for earlier this week to this beautiful little mountain reservoir in central Utah. I owe a fellow Yamaha owner from one of the Facebook groups credit for leaking the information on it to me. It's a little gem! I'm not sure I want anyone else to know about it... (there might be a hidden link in this post)

Wifey did awesome pulling the boat 2½ hours up and down 2 canyons. While I brought up the rear with the 5th.

Also our first time boondocking the camper. No hookups in the forest service campground. Pretty much trouble free.

At the Weed Beds on Lake Winneconne/Poygan yesterday - really nice day.

Made the 90 minute run up to Neenah and stayed at a B&B overnight. Parked at the public docks and had some good Mexican food downtown which is only a couple blocks away. Sat on the swim deck and relaxed for an hour or so after dinner - days like this make boat payments in January not so bad... :)

After over two long weeks of the boat sitting in the driveway we finally made it out with some friends on our local lake. I thought I was going to have a “help” post for you all because the port engine wouldn’t start, it kept turning over forever, like it was starved for fuel. Not sure if something got stuck in the fuel line or what. First time we’ve had that issue but eventually it started, I gave both engines hell, and never had an issue again the rest of the day.

Change your spark plugs if you haven’t. Mine does that when it needs new plugs.

I have two spare plugs that I plan to get in the boat saturday and change the worst looking ones.. I changed the plugs when I first brought the boat home, so I wouldn't think they went bad that fast, but who knows. I'm going to gap them smaller than what I gapped the first time and see if it makes any difference.

Looks like you have MR1 engines, so I confidently predict the worst plug will be #3. However, since you're spending the time to pull all the plugs, I would just change them all.

The Boss Hoss is actually in stock now. We just recently recieved a shipment of 2021 surfers that included 2 of them.

The one we don't have is the Slingshot Mothership, which is the true longboard style board. Still no positive date on when we'll be recieving any.
