Looks like you have MR1 engines, so I confidently predict the worst plug will be #3. However, since you're spending the time to pull all the plugs, I would just change them all.
Totally agree with this. Also I don’t recall mine ever looking particularly indicative of issues when comparing them after removal. I’ve always just changed them all when starting takes longer than expected when cold.

This is a relief because I was not looking forward to pulling up the fuel hatch, haha. Ordered 8 today, should be here by Wednesday. Hopefully that fixes the issue, we will see when we go out again I suppose.
Ventured to the north shore of Lake Winnebago yesterday and found a great spot - Waverly Beach. It’s sandy and 3’ or less at least 150-200 yards out from shore. The really nice thing is there is Waverly Beach restaurant and bar and they have a big outdoor dining area and a huge tiki bar. There is a little bridge that you can walk up on and right onto the property. Convenient for food/drinks/restrooms. They even have four cornhole lanes and a sandbox play structure for smaller kids.
It was as calm as I’ve ever seen it on Winnebago and there were about 30 boats tied up - it was a pretty chill crowd. This may be our preferred hangout on calmer days and is about 30 minute run from the train bridge in Oshkosh.
Monday is our day off on the farm during blueberry season. We went over to the gas dock for a pump out and motored around for a while after. Winds were only 2kts. so we never took the sail cover off. One picture along the way of Splash, the floating restaurant/bar on the Burlington waterfront that we visit occasionally, usually by dinghy and dead on a Monday. Ended up a beautiful day after a rainy start.
I think my photo was the preceding Friday. We had been at LCK for 7 days at that point.
We were near Governor's cove across from Low Gap.
We boat out of Jamestown, so that is a favorite spot to watch the sunset.
Changed the spark plugs on both engines a few days ago. Ran the boat on the hose before we left, port engine fired quicker than the starboard! Next time it happens on the water I’d like to try changing one plug at a time to see if there’s just one problem child. 3rd one will be my guess so we will see. All the plugs looked relatively the same when pulled.
Family trip to Western Michigan with a few days out on the big lake.
We got lucky with a few days with an East wind where we got to ski on Lake Michigan on glass. Once in a lifetime skiing that will be hard to top.
