Our 51st Anniversary Dinner

Almost 52 years ago I met the Love of my life and yesterday Claire and I celebrated our 51st Wedding Anniversary. I can honestly say it feels like only yesterday that we were married at Mannheim Village Germany. The good Lord has clearly blessed me. So I made a special anniversary dinner. It was a New York steak with a mushroom sauce, roasted potatoes and asparagus topped with parmesan cheese. The wine was 2016 Sauvignon Blanc from the robert Craig winery NAPA Valley CA.

Congratulations, but perhaps you had too much of the Cab Sauv. to realize it wasn’t a Sauvignon Blanc... that said your words are an inspiration for the younger crowd here!

Congratulations ! Not to correct but that looks more like a great Cabernet Sauvignon, BTW " BLANC" means white as in a white wine . Take it from a Frenchmen . But a great wine from Robert Craig never the less. CHEERS!
