Rain Water Pools at Front of Bow floor while on the water

@Bill D If it was only that cheap getting set up, more ballast and a board are needed, but you know that. ;) After a week of rainy weather and work on the farm, I took the pup to check out the boat yesterday and found the boat's deck dry. No wet carpets or pooled water in the bow. The ballast has worked nicely. I now feel that I could leave my boat uncovered, for a short period, in a rainstorm and the water would indeed go back to the scupper. A lot of other boats at the marina, a Sea Ray dealer, remain uncovered for weekends at a time and they drain fine. But most likely, i will keep it covered, because no amount of ballast will get the bird shit out of the boat.

First great job on the weight sack to solve you resting angle problem..........nice simple solution.
Second my 2013 SX240 has the same problem on water or the trailer of water pool.....and yes I think Yamaha designers left a lot on the table by not slopping the inter un floor liners at a sharper angle towards the pump. My 240 sits on a lift so I dropped the aft way lower than the bow but I still getting water in my inner liner due to hatch seals that need replacing.

Last anyone replace the seal have a good one to recommend that sticks well and stays in place........all I'm finding is cheep junk that appears to have the stick of double sided scotch tape.

Thanks in advance

If any of them indicate "butyl adhesive", that stuff usually seems to be similar to baby poop, manages to mysteriously get places you never thought, and holds like grim death
