Soot on my boat

We had fires here last year and the winds and then rains have left soot drip marks on my boats hull. What's the best product to remove the soot? I read collonite 925 is best for fiberglass boats anyone hear thing different on waxes? And thanks for the heads up on 303 aerospace for the interior WOW!!
 
U really can't see them in a pic... but here. It's barely noticeable however I don't want to let set in. I saw star Brite might be a good product for this?! Anyone
