Do you know what “upcoming lot” could mean? The listing hasn’t been updated in nearly 2 months. How long does it normally take for a unit to actually go up for auction?

No you don't have to be a dealer. Just sign up. Although there are dealer only lots and some other nuances.

"Upcoming Lot" timing I am unsure exactly. I have purchased a few things but I am not expert. A trailer. A destroyed truck for parts with salvage title and a motorcycle that I gave to someone for a project.
