Hi Everyone, I am looking at purchasing a used 2021 Yamaha 212x in Canada. This is not my first jet boat, but my first Yamaha jet boat. The boat has about 120hrs. What are some things I should be looking out for when I go see the boat? Also what are the standard items that should have originally came with the boat?
- Bimini Top?
- Did it come with two covers?
- Did it come with a table?
- Was the wake booster included?
- Ski Mirror?
- Anchor?
Am I missing anything?

Thanks

Maintenance that has been done, jet pump cone grease, have a look at the impellers from below to make sure they’re not dinged up, also check the gap between the impellers and the wear ring, check the clean out plugs seals, have the wheel bearings been serviced?, are the bearing buddies full of grease?, check the brake fluid level in the reservoir… generally speaking go over everything with a fine tooth comb, leave no stone unturned.

You should consider having a dealer get into the ECUs to check for overheat alarms or other trouble codes.

Look in the aft bilge for rusting hose clamps etc..

General cleanliness, especially in the engine compartment.

Use the site search engine and you’ll find a wealth of information.
