I decided to make my own 2 piece bow filler cushions. They don't look mint, I'll redo when they wear out, but I have around $90 in material and a few hours of time. Better then the $600 a dealer would charge. I have enough wood and foam to remake one and do a back rest like the 210s and above have. Base is felted to prevent scratches and double layer 3/4 painted plywood. No sewing either, just fold and staple.

I installed clips in the head compartment to hold the table legs as well as small shelf under the helm. I also filled all of the carpet snap holes in preparation for some seadek. @Ronnie is the foam around the table legs because they rattle, or to help them float if they get dropped in the water, or other?

@BigAbe75 , The foam on the exterior along with more in the interior allows the table legs to float. I’ve never dropped the leg into the water by accident only to see if they float but I’m prepared for such and event. Now that they are wall mounted the foam also eliminates any rattling against the wall they are mounted on.

Added a table and a grill to my AR192. FYI the yamaha boat table kit needs additional shims to level the table in the cockpit. I added 2 washers under each lower bolt. (Grainy pics because they are screenshots from a video)

I cleaned up the area under the clean out plug tray which included re-gluing some sound absorbing material, checking all clamps, cleaning and reinstalling the tray. No pics but not much to see anyway.

i also removed all of the residual adhesive from the OEM decals. Goo Gone was the hero of the day. I removed the adhesive on the port side in 45 minutes and the starboard side in 30 minutes.

Added some RTV to the ski locker drain plug, hopefully no leaks this year.

Any tips on the steering wheel install? My new one shows up Monday

@BakedZiti , no tips on that. I’ve never done it but remember my friend replacing his once, He used a steering wheel puller.

Ran out of energy so only finished installing the LED controller and remote and learned how to get it to react to music. I also rebuilt the clean out plugs and put up a small sheet to hide the wiring sitting in area under the steering wheel.

That's actually the building the wife and I use for our business. I just claimed 30ft of it for the boat. The boat won't fit in either of our other garages.

Pulled most of the warning stickers off my boat. Despite only being 2 years old they all left some yellow/orange discoloration under the orange part of the stickers. This makes no sense to me as the stickers were separated from the hull by the adhesive. I tried acetone and it wouldn't come off. Has anyone else dealt with this?

It's hard to see in the direct sunlight but you can barely see the horizontal line about 1/3 of the way up from the bottom in the picture.
