The power elements were pieced together, but the LED elements were a kit. I started with this: AURA Pro Boat Interior LED Lighting Kit with Bluetooth enabled and then added a 12" and 3.5" expansion kit as well. It's Bluetooth enabled and all controlled via an app on my phone.
First time on lake this year. Had a major fail though, left ladder down on one full lap at WOT. Didn't even notice until I put the boat on the trailer, ladder still down Thankfully everything looked ok.
Happens at least once every single trip out. Everyone thinks someone else got the ladder....so no one puts it up, until someone is like wait is the ladder still down?

Had a ladder on the front of our pontoon similar to the Yamaha ladder that would be left down on occasion, couldn't figure out how come we cant get up to speed, asked the wife if she got the ladder. Nope, instant palm to face
Added in the cubby/undershelf and re-positioned my cell phone mount. Waiting on my new 5-gallon dometic that replaces my 2.5 gallon. Replaced bilge pump as the stock finally quit. Hangtyte finally installed on the cover.
I found a rubber 2 inch pipe cap that I siliconed to my tow hitch and mounted the magnetic based with a bolt and some silicone as I have the same light. I attached a picture for reference. Put a zip around too just for extra measure. Doesn't interfere with a rope and is nice solid surface for light to attach to.
I 3D printed a bracket and installed 2x Lumitec CareraLT with a dimmer 'Seadog 403060'. I blew 2 switches before realizing that the maximum rating is 1.5 amps and the light outputs 1.3 amps each. Yesterday I removed 1 light and moved it to the center so it should be good now. The last picture is the lighting output with 1 light and it's plenty.
Probably will be selling the other light and 3D printed bracket within a few days. It's no drill and has foam padding to not scratch the tower point. Installs in seconds. Bringing the wires takes longer, but I found the trick is fiberglass snake with string tied to it.
I've noticed that little fabric latch and knew that's how it was supposed to go......yet mine doesn't seem remotely long enough to wrap around like that. I'll have to give it another look if I bring the boat home this weekend.

Strap in mine does not go over all steps. It goes in between them. Probably if I remember correctly only straps the first step. Then you use the black bungee strap to keep all steps together.
Added some simple storage under seat (saw it on here!) easy great idea to organize things.
Also, made a make shift board slots on the Bimini with some bungees

@Ogtbagger Tuff Tech. Have them in all my vehicles, not a single issue with them. Durable and they stay put. It's mounted by suction, but the suction has a super tacky adhesive. Well made...
