Bruce, Look at the Bimini Pole Clips. For our 230 it's a great addition to our bimini top. Fits the Yamaha with the dimensions.

(I've scaled them up for my inlaw with a Larson boat that had larger diameter tubing in his bimini with good results, so they can be adjusted for other diameters by scaling.)

and I've printed these to dry towels attaching them to the top

It's pretty awesome where the imagination is the current limitation on what you can print.

@Beachbummer, I use a commercially produced bimini clip on my boat.

It could be interesting to have a JetBoaters logo bimini clip. I will work on that.

I’m having a hard time visualizing these clips for drying towels. Do you have a pic of that? Any idea if it would work on the big bimini frame on the 242 SE/X boats?

Those clips hold the poles together for storage.

Hi Bruce,
I just ordered a set on PayPal. I have the LS2000. These bushings are the same size for the steering on her correct?

You may be the first to try them on a LS2000 but I believe the steering parts are the same.

I switched the color from white to blue. It is the same material. I just happened to have blue loaded up.

Have you sold any to anyone with a ar190?

I received mine today and installed but I had to cut them down they were too long. No big deal, easy fix for me but maybe revise them?

or did I do something wrong that I’m missing...?? Attached is the factory (white) and yours. And they fit more snug than factory for sure.

Was the additional length an issue? Did it stick out of the bottom of the steering fork?

My thinking is that the steering forks are the same but I could be wrong about that.

Your factory piece certainly is damaged. I am curious to see how long these last.

Yeah I could only utilize one. I’ll take a pic tomorrow. If I didn’t cut it down, both would not fit (one top and bottom).

Now it makes sense.

Did the factory supply top and bottom pieces? I only put the flange at top and do not bother with a flange at the bottom. The steering fork rests on the top flange but contact with the bottom should be rare. I send four so you have spares.

As long as the steering feels good to you what you have done is fine.

Ahh ok. Yeah factory there was a top and bottom, both with 1 flanged end like yours. It did fit all the way through with one, but there was potential for metal on metal rub on the bottom due to no flange.

no I appreciate the extras, thanks! I have no issue. I’ll let you know how they hold up over the year and report back.

And yes the factory ones were worn out and breaking apart! Something everyone should check on after a few years for sure.

Thanks @Bruce - fast shipping and nice bushings!

I can confirm the fit, same as @Tobes, my 2016 fits super nice and tight, shaft length trimmed to fit top and bottom w/flanges.

The factory bushings were almost completely chewed up

EDIT:
As @Bruce already pointed out, the steering nozzle arm thickness varies between models; bushings are sized perfectly to fit inside, may just need a trim to adjust for shaft length / steering arm thickness:
