Replacing the stock stereo in my 2011 242 with a Fusion MS-RA70NSX. I'm wondering if there is a wiring harness available (or that has been identified with flying leads) that can be plugged into the the wiring harness and soldered to the new plug that goes with the MS-RA70NSX radio.

I found this harness but it is the female side and I would need the male side (basically instead of the speakers plugging into the radio they plug into this harness that is soldered to the harness that plugs into the new radio).

I have a 240 AR 2011 and installed (I think) the same radio. I used the wiring diagram and made a connector using a molex kit my buddy had. I'll see if i can find some picture and post them.

One thing to consider, is the Aquatics AV has pre outs as well. If this harness is hard to find, it may be a good time to consider an amp. Put it in between.

We had the stock AAV head unit in our 2011 242ls to a JL amp and speakers. when it crapped the bed, I was able to drop in our Fusion RA70NSX by just hooking up the pre outs to the Amp. The amp makes a bigger difference than head unit, as the old head unit drove this system very well, it just flat out died one day.

Good luck.

PS: Places like Crutchfield are great for this stuff as well. They truly have experts on staff that know.
