2016 242 L SE starboard engine slips at 5k rpm all way to 9k so won’t get on plane.

We Finally found the cause of the cavitation issue. You can see the dark gray sealant placed around the bottom of the cleanout tube where it meets with the fiberglass. It was sucking air. Also you notice were the drive shaft goes through the hull where it was sucking.
