Amsoil Oil Filters

I have a 2023 Yamaha 222FSH Sport with the twin normally aspirated 1.8s. The OEM Yamaha oil filter is part # 69J-13440-04. Surprisingly, the AMSOIL technical rep could not help me with figuring out the exact replacement today on the phone despite the fact that they sell filters for Yamaha PWCs. Does anyone know the current AMSOIL oil filter part number equivalent? Thanks

Well I use those TG3600 filters because the container is very strong If you can get the body of an oil filter to give easily when you compress it in your hand it speaks volumes about the thickness of the container. The diameter of the filter is similar to the stock one but the length is 4 and 3/4 inches long so be sure you have room for it I also like the top of the filter that has the grip surface to install and remove it easier I have been using these for years like I said I had a new filter fail and the case split while I was out in front of shell key in the gulf , not my idea of...

I can verify that the EA15K51-EA oil filter is the correct oil filter for the 1.8L engine, one of our members here is using that filer on his 1.8L engine.

Thanks for the replies. I've ordered the EA15K51s. Hopefully Amsoil will get around to adding to their PWC listings and add the filter numbers for our Yamaha boats.

This is what I have for mine (which are 1.8L, right?): Yamaha 69j-13440-01-00, Fram PH3614, Wix 51348, Mobil M1-102, K&N HP-1001, Motorcraft FL910S

I was researching an oil change kit for one of our members here this morning and used @tdonoughue info above when I called Amsoil to find the correct filter and this post from another thread.



The EA15K51 is the correct Amsoil filter for the 1.8L engines, and I cross referenced the Fram, Motorcraft, and WIX filter numbers against each other and those all cross reference with the Amsoil part number. However, the...
