Anyone towing an AR 210 or AR220 with a Honda..?

Hello everyone I'm in the market for an AR 210 or 220 but the weight of the boat & trailer scare me. Ill be towing with my Honda Ridgeline which can tow 5k pounds, I've been doing some math & i think that's just about the same as the boat & trailer with fuel just pushing it over 5k. Anyone doing this same set up...? Ty everyone

There should be a towing guide and a calculation chart and instruction in your owners manual, easy to use and accurate.

The tow capacity of a vehicle includes the weight of persons other than the driver, cargo in the tow vehicle etc.

The weight of an AR220 is 5188# on the trailer full of fuel without anything else in the boat which is exceeds your tow vehicles tow rating with just you the driver in the vehicle.

The AR 210 is 4778# full of fuel on the trailer without anything in the boat and only you in the car. With another couple of people and minimal gear you’ll be over the limit.

You need a tow vehicle with a higher capacity tow rating to tow the AR210 / AR220. A 7000# tow rating would be desirable, that will give you ample ability to carry passengers and all the extra stuff you’ll want.

Yeah that's what I thought I'm at this point unable to pull a 22 foot i guess I'll be looking at 195's then...Ty guys
