Hi all, I recently purchased a 2019 AR190 with 24 hours and when I tried to run the blower on it the light switch would come on and then trip the breaker. I checked out the fan and found that it was REALLY locked up. Had to use a good amout of force to free it up. I have ordered a new blower and bearing in this one were pretty bad.

When I was checking out the blower area, I noticed a "burnt" color on one of the fittings and I believe might be the exhaust. Is this concerning? It also had a little of the same coloring inside the blower housing. I will attach pics of the fitting and blower. Any help/advice is appriciated!

If you’re talking about the exhaust right there at the mixer it looks like rust to me.

Thank you, I wondered if it was a bit of a rust stain also. You mentioned it was a mixer? What is the function of that piece? Also to be specific, I am referring to the piece where the 1/2 inch hose is going into in the first picture.

The mixer is where the cooling water gets mixed in with the exhaust gas to cool it.
