Had an OEM. My second OEM. Great cover - none better. Tight as a snare drum. Only issue was we had a bad winter storm and a branch came down, hit the cover at it's tightest point, and of course tore the cover open. Replacement OEM is $650. Any cheaper, decent covers on the market? I thought maybe seal skin, but got one of those for my jet ski and didnt like it at all. They don't fit well and you have to have straps around the cover. Thankfully the ski sits in a garage so no big deal. Any recommendations for something that will do the job on my SX230 that gets out maybe 3 times a season? Thanks.

Check out Empire or Budge covers. It’s not going to be like the oem cover but it’s also a lot tougher

With it being a SX model I’d think that most any generic cover sized appropriately would work. If you had an AR it’d be the Yamaha cover or nothing.

The Empire was about same price as the OEM, and the Budge twice as much. The OEM was a stud, had the last one for ten years, but certainly won't pay more for a cover when the OEM was superb. I do appreciate the suggestions, however.
