We are delighted you have found your way to the best Jet Boaters Forum on the internet! Please consider Signing Up so that you can enjoy all the features and offers on the forum. We have members with boats from all the major manufacturers including Yamaha, Seadoo, Scarab and Chaparral. We don't email you SPAM, and the site is totally non-commercial. So what's to lose? IT IS FREE!
Membership allows you to ask questions (no matter how mundane), meet up with other jet boaters, see full images (not just thumbnails), browse the member map and qualifies you for members only discounts offered by vendors who run specials for our members only! (It also gets rid of this banner!)
You would think a guy that was stationed on a submarine in the Navy and lives 2 hours away would have already seen the Hunley but I haven't yet even though I really want to see it.Has anyone ever went to see the H.L. Hunley? https://hunley.org/
I came across that thing & it's story a few years ago. Have been trying to find an excuse to get there myself. Seems like they're still only open to visitors on the weekends. I'm sure it wouldn't take long to see, since they're still researching it's story too.You would think a guy that was stationed on a submarine in the Navy and lives 2 hours away would have already seen the Hunley but I haven't yet even though I really want to see it.

You've got me correct on my launch. I'll check with @Appollo if he doesn't respond. We planning on going up Friday night & staying till Sunday morning.
