One picture of your last outing.

@Monterro Those pics are from the area between FT Monroe and Langley AF. I mainly use the Chickahominy River but from time to time I go out into the bay.

Some pics from our last weekend of boating for the season. Blue angels were in town so it was nice being away from the crowd. This has been our first summer with the boat and had a blast. Now on to the winter upgrades. View attachment 29399 View attachment 29400 View attachment 29401 View attachment 29402

@Monterro how were the jellyfish this year? I'm from that area, and when I was a kid I would steal my mom's pantyhose to wear when we went wakeboarding. It's all fun and games until you get a jellyfish in your boardshorts.

Raft up!

@wschmidt05 They were pretty bad in June when I first purchased which forced me to start taking the the family to parts of the Elizabeth River to boat for a bit. As the season went on they let up and and don't recall seeing any during August

Wednesday (9/23) beautiful Fall day on Allatoona.
Upper 70's, low 80's...
My son went for a sail on his Snark but the wind died on him so we went for a long easy cruise in the Yamaha.
Great mild afternoon, water temp still swimmable...

Surfed out. 2pm on a Sunday afternoon on Lake of the Ozarks. The water was like this most of the day! My kiddo is getting darn good at hands free.

A few pics of my last boating and jet skiing trips (of this season) to Lake Shasta and the Sacramento Delta (near Bethel Island), respectively.

Buffalo is working hard to reclaim its waterfront. The Buffalo river is an ongoing project. My wife and I took a short trip to have a look at this facility... outdoor rink, event space, restaurants etc... yes.. and docking too!riverwalk.jpg

We have 2 Snarks. The few times that we have had them out I have had a blast. Unfortunately they have sat for the past 2 summers. One has a Kool sail, the other is M&Ms. I hope to be able to use them next summer, but they may end up on craigslist too.
