Took the youngest to shoot pistols today and we stopped by the old court house on the square, a friend works there and opened the stairs so we could go up the clock tower, we got to walk around the top balcony, built in 1896
I know the feeling. Most of my family think the same way even though I bought most of my toys before i fully retired 12 years ago. I mention to my 9 yo granddaughter the other day she had to finish eating the dinner as food is expensive and I am not rich. Her comment was oh yes you are.
Another time I said I did not have any money for McDonals or something’s and she goes Oh that ok MomMom has it and if she doesn’t she will get from you. Just saying ?
I think you are all mis reading this as they are significantly cheaper on Amazon. They run from about 15 dollars to 1500 dollars. Now there is a catch . They are the toy version and are not street legal other than that they are a good buy.
I don't know what is wrong with me and why I'm like this. I went to check out this 2017 BMW M240i here and I'm really looking at all the process how to buy it. The process is very different here.. The seller has to pay the inspection, the insurance, and I keep his plate. If I do this I'm definitely upgrading the sound system, the screen, and changing the exhaust. We went for a drive and the car is super fast 335hp 369ft-lb torque. Only thing that is pausing me is that I'm waiting on my Visa, but I doubt that they will reject my visa. But ya know, life is unpredictable.
I did a bit of underwater photography with an iPhone yesterday, trying to film the chub minnows in a brook out in the sugarbush we may stock with brookies.
Finally getting time to give the Yamaha some attention. The wife is cleaning the interior today and I’ll probably wet sand the exterior sometime soon. View attachment 198180
Lost the bolts that hold the engine hatch to the deck. Pretty rough day out there. Also acquired some new dock rash. Not sure how to get this off yet… View attachment 198214View attachment 198215
Yesterday was a good day, sorry @Thermobrett it appears yours was much worse! I hope all works out! We got out for the first time, a very brisk low 60's day on the water with some small showers, but ended the day on a high note by picking up our newest addition to the family. Name is still up for debate, half the family (boys) say Biscotti, the puppy's sister name is Cannoli, and the girls have chosen Toots. I have a feeling the name will be Toots...lol
