I'm still alive! Haha. I will explain this. There exists some really stupid foreigners here that go on dating applications looking for easy sex and/or are passport brothers (leaving western countries for a traditional wife). I've been on dating applications and it's really obvious when a woman has bad intentions. They want to meet immediately, they don't have social media, are overtly sexual, and their pictures are in the hood and look like it was taken with a flip phone. And it isn't always Colombian women, often it is refugees from Venezuela. All these stories are similar: A fat ugly guy matches with a cute young 20 year old girl on Tinder, the guy doesn't speak spanish, and the guy ends up dead because they fed him scopaline for a few days while they drained his account (ATM have daily limit), and they accidentally feed too much and the man dies. I even heard of a story of a German guy who LIVES here for a few years, decided to take up an offer to have sex with 2 girls on tinder, they scoped him, and he woke up a few days later. It's like "you should know better WHY did you accept that offer???" Unfortunately men think too much with the other head.

To find a nice woman here it is important some things 1. speak spanish 2. be a resident here (nobody wants to go out with a foreigner that will leave in a week) and 3. the woman must come from a nice home/area like poblado, laureles, envigado, etc. But it can be difficult because the top women (beautiful with career, from a good family, etc.) those type of women don't want to date a foreigner and are perfectly happy in Colombia.

Sorry I have been absent. My wife is getting better, we go Tuesday for a new Dotatate/PET Scan to see if everything is gone. With that being said we went for a ride. This is our "home" lake currently. Lake Wallenpaupack, Greentown Pa in this picture.
