Starved Rock to Peoria Run...Sunday, Oct. 11, 2015

@Kumpy & @dan144k - Are you still able to go on the 11th instead of the 1oth?

Just realized that's during a Packer game! Oh well, I'm still in, just might be hard to find anyone to come with me. Including @Mrs. RiverRat .

@OperationROL either day is ok with me, gonna see what the weather does as it gets closer. So I just count as a maybe at this point.

Well, just found out about work on that day so we're out....

I will say that we will be on the Chain of Lakes every good weather day in September so I hope to see some of you there!

Eric
May go Sunday!

Please count the Barton's in. Possibly my brothers family and his boat as well
Thanks

@Sheboat - You should see if Bill wants to do the trip. Also, if you don't get your boat back by then and still want to go, you are welcome to ride with us.

So, right now there are 14 boats. This should be a cool trip. Usually the water is glass the entire way down. There was only 1 year that we had chop. Hopefully, the sun will come out by 10 am or so.

@Wake08 - you are welcome to ride with us if you like.

I don't remember the water being glass. Maybe it looked different from the front?
I believe I was the last one there two years ago and followed up with all the waves!

Yeah, 2 years ago was the only time we ever had less than perfect conditions. Maybe you brought it.

And I will bring it again!
you make the wake and i'll jump it!

Put me in the maybe column. Will know more in the next two weeks

While we wait for everyone to arrive and launch I am going to take one last surf run. Hopefully I can talk a few of you in to being warm friendly ballast.
Has anyone notified Joe's that we are coming with a group?

Measuring for tower placement but realized my tools are all at work...
Filled boat up with gas though and threw a small amount of sta-bil in it. Making room inthe garagae so that after the trip it can hibernate. So sad!

I will see if @OperationROL's Wife will be willing to get up and out a little bit earlier. However, I am not optimistic.

Hmmm...she doesn't weigh enough to be considered ballast. Can she drive the camera boat? Amy can take pictures from your boat. You can drive mine?
I need guys in the JCampbell / Speedling size.

If I get there early enough. I'd be happy to be dead weight for you. I'm pretty sure my wife would say I'm pretty good at it. :p

Dead weight will be rolled off the swim platform and fed to the carp. Please stay alive on my boat.:)
